Spacious two bedroom house with use of on site indoor heated pool/gym (and outdoor pool in season) with scenic views towards Dartmoor. First floor lounge and dining area opens onto a balcony with seating and views over the valley. Great for couples, friends, or family group. Near Tavistock, Dartmoor, Looe, Polperro and Plymouth. Great base on Cornwall/ Devon border. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, each with full double wardrobes and large chest of drawers. One full bathroom plus separate wc. Full central heating throughout from boiler system, thermostatic valves and heated towel rails in both bathroom and cloakroom. TV and wifi. In small rural park with pool/ gym and bar (Honicombe Arms) on site. Set in Tamar Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Well equipped spacious kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer and full oven and hob plus microwave.
An on-site convenience store sells daily essentials such as fresh milk, bacon, tea, coffee, canned drinks, confectionary, cereals, as well as toiletries, cleaning materials, swimming accessories and gifts.
Please note this is a rural area and the wifi is not suitable for gaming or large downloads.

During your stay, you may have full access to the on-site facilities—just bring proof of your booking. Once we have your lodge details, we can confirm access to the pools and gym, maintained by our friendly and experienced team.
