All properties are held on 999 year leases commencing 1988 and are restricted by planning permission and the conditions of their lease to holiday use only. This condition is actively enforced. Cost of Ownership

Owning a holiday property at Honicombe can and should be a very exciting and rewarding venture. Most people buying at the park seek to let them commercially in order to cover the running costs. Holiday Home Letting

If you wish to let your holiday home then you are able to do so personally or with an agent of your choice. We offer a non exclusive letting service with a very competitive commission rate that you may wish to take advantage of. We provide guests with a personal onsite service and security knowing that they are booking direct.
Housekeeping is again down to personal choice. There are many cleaning/maintenance who currently serve properties onsite.

Life as a Honicombe owner

It is always relaxed at Honicombe and owners often make use of the friendly atmosphere of the Honicombe Arms, making it their ‘second home local’. The Honicombe Owners Group and Tenants Association (HOG) are the recognised tenants association (RTA)  that strive to promote positive relationships between holiday home owners and the site owning company, providing support, advice and guidance to owners should they require it. HOG hold numerous owner events during the year including an annual dinner/dance at Honicombe Hall along with working weekends throughout the year where owners are able to meet, whilst making improvements to the park for the benefit of all. Recent projects completed include the restoration of the pond, installation of the Manorcombe playpark and refurbishment of the tennis courts.
